We're a third party non union contractor that handles railcar movement within our customers facilities.
We are outside in all weather conditions for 1 hour and then in temperature controlled for 2 hours rotating while handling industrial switching, train assembly, railcar unloading of coal trains and operating locomotives at the power plant located in Labadie Missouri.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
No experience required with on the job training.
Paid a guaranteed 36 hours per week as some weeks we will not work a full week and there is always an option for overtime.
We give out a 5% raise each year based on performance.
