5 Quick Apply Part-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description The Grass Cutter at Camp Fiddlecreek in Labadie, Missouri will assist with the grass cutting and grounds maintenance for 20 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintains grounds by cutting grass weekly or as needed, trimming and weed removal Performs general maintenance of the lawn mower such as changing tires, checking and changing oil Performs general maintenance on the equipment used for this position Removes limbs and rocks from grounds Perform small maintenance projects, if time permits Consistently demonstrates a climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism to staff, volunteers, members and general public QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer knowledge to record time worked Meets GSUSA Membership requirements and attained the minimum age of 17.
Belief in the Mission of Girl Scouting Abides by national and local Girl Scout policies, standards and procedures and American Camp Association standards and procedures Holds a valid driver's license Has demonstrated good judgement, maturity, flexibility and ability to maintain a positive attitude REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS If your position requires that you drive an average of one (1) day per week or more, you must possess a valid state driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
is required to talk and hear, stand and walk, and is frequently very active and often requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
